Vancouver Real Estate Update - January 2012

According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, home Sellers were more active than Buyers in January further proof that a Buyers Market has firmly taken hold.  There were a large number of new listings to hit the MLS® this month, in fact it was the highest January listing total since 1995, which means that Buyers have more to choose from and have more time to make a decision, according to Rosario Setticasi, REBGV president.
